New Features:

• Major: Ability to add/manage multiple users assigned to a particular AzureWatch account. Users have three permission levels: Administrative, Regular, and ReadOnly
• Moderate: New Invoice screen shows invoices available for downloading for those customers who not only need receipts for payment transactions but also invoices in order to propery expense AzureWatch bills
• Minor: Dashlets for non-monitoring resources are no longer showing on the main dashboard
