Bug Fixes:

• Moderate: Users no longer should be getting occasional Error 500 during displaying of diagnostic data (ie: Event Viewer logs, Traces, etc)
• Minor: Switch time from the drop-down in diagnostic data screen should no longer reset the date to year 2000
• Minor: Setup Wizard window has been increased to accommodate longer resource names
